Mission Home Health Compliance Report

Mission Home Health maintains a formal Corporate Compliance Program specific to its Home Health Agency operations. This Program integrates compliance oversight into all levels of agency management and clinical practice, in accordance with the CHAP Compliance Program Key Performance Area and the Office of Inspector General (OIG) Compliance Program Guidance for Home Health Agencies. All staff, contractors, and governing body members share responsibility for upholding this Program and are expected to report potential violations or concerns immediately.
